Valeria Maltoni’s blog is a regular MUST-READ for me several times a week, for good reason….not the least of which is discovering what she’s been reading and then trying to find space in my Kindle for those titles. Her focus on conversation, dialogue and the foundation it delivers for a truly profitable business is what keeps me coming back. This list (which she publishes periodically throughout the year….) should keep me busy through until Spring! Make room in your schedule for some valuable input….

It used to be all about Customer Satisfaction….that is SO 1996!!! Turns out you can have high CSAT (as we used to call it….) and still lose those customers regularly. Customer Loyalty is what drives a successful business today. It take more effort and time, but it turns out is MASSIVELY MORE VALUABLE to your business (and mine!).  Find out more….
